Titus Tjalas—known professionally as Coach Triple-T—is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in mental health care, weight management, and whole-person wellness.
Having personally navigated ADHD, depression, trauma, and long-term weight challenges, he brings uncommon empathy and practical clarity to patient care. His work focuses on helping patients identify patterns, regulate stress responses, and build sustainable health behaviors that hold under real-world pressure.
